Completely awful experience. Total lack of communication between the front desk staff and the health care providers. I just wasted 3 hours of my day . Will NEVER go back.

Checked in online for a 9:30 appointment. It’s now 10:25...two people ahead of me left after not being seen and waiting over 90 min. Girl at front desk is rude and says there’s nothing she can do as she’s just at the desk. Maybe some compassion when people who are unwell have to wait over an hour? Why even have online checkin? Efficiency with time management and empathy needs to be stepped up big time here when this is the ONLY option for urgent care in this small town. Stinks.
Every time I have been there the staff is unfriendly and they don't keep appointments
My cousin Rita went to NextCare after making an appointment. It was bad enough that she had to wait over 3 hours past the time of her appointment, but the lady at the counter was rude to her as well when she asked if they would be able to see her. To add insult to injury, they had Pinocchio playing on a loop, and she saw that movie three times in a row while waiting. She now hates Pinocchio, and will never use NextCare again. Nor will anyone else we know.
We have just moved, and I needed 3 prescriptions filled, not having a doctor yet, and I had a wonderful experience, and everyone was so professional, and everything was so nice and clean. Highly recommend NextCare, thank you !!!
