They are too under staffed. They took 2 hours just to get me in the back. The dr came in for 2 minutes then discharged me without telling me squat. Pissed me off that I'm sick and all they did was push pills my way and let me go.
Very nice. Here with one of the ladies I take care of.
The first visit I was pleased with the PA on duty. The second visit was seen by a female PA. I quickly realized I was going to get less than standard care so I just walked out. It is my opinion she was doing the job for the money and nextcare definitely is in business for the money. In my opinion I would not suggest going there if you are truly in need of compassion and quality medical care.
I have never had an issue with the care received here. They are not in a hurry like a lot of places and actually treat YOUR symptoms. They are efficient with follow up calls as well.

I don't understand all the bad reviews, I've never had an issue at this location. I've never waited over 30 minutes. The staff is very nice and caring!
I had fallen and injured my knee. The staff was professional and the Dr was kind and knowledgable. The X-rays showed a couple of fractures which he pointed out to me on the films. I've worked in orthopedics in Ca. And feel I was treated as well as I would've been by an orthopedic surgeon. Thank you so much!
No point in making a reservation, still are going to have to wait an hour or more.
