RecommendedFriendly and very efficient staff. In and out quickly.
Took my 2 year old son in for ear pain unfortunately his pediatrician was closed. The PA barely checked his ears and diagnosed him with an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. I called after 4 days and told them he wasn’t getting better and they said to keep waiting. I took him to his dr and found out he actually had an object in his ear! Not sure how the PA missed that other than just not doing his job.
I have used this urgent care several times. The staff is kind and helpful and you can check in online and wait is never to long. Would recommend this Urgent care to anyone
Called and had a 12:30 checkin. They too walking around me for 90 min. Doc was rude and insensitive

I am not someone who goes to the Dr unless I am like DEAD. Called my local hospital last Wednesday and asked what the bill would be for Emergency Room they said $1200.00 -$2000.00 BUT IT WOULD COME OFF OF MY $6500.00 DEDUCTIBLE.. NOT!!! We were turned down by Thumb Butte Medical Center because our son was too young for the doctor to treat, despite their banner that promises that they accept all ages. We went down the road to NextCare, and my son was treated by friendly and helpful staff. We are choosing NextCare from now on!
Great to be able to register online and get a text message 30 minutes prior to your estimated time to be seen. I left the PV office because the wait was 4 hours and was seen here in less than an hour. The office is clean, staff is pleasant, doctor was genuinely concerned that I was being seen twice in a week. Better and faster care than at my PC!
Excellent experience! The front staff of Lacy and Trina, the back staff of Chyette and Candice, and the provider Zachary were kind and efficient. I was able to book an appointment a couple of hours in advance and when my appointment time came they called my name!
