Very impressed with the service provided before you even see the doctor. It had been years, many years since I had last been to this urgent care. I had wrote them off due to pass experiences but after comparing reviews to others in the city. I decided to give them another try. When check in your name is put on the waiting list with a estimated wait time that you can see. This is done even if you register online. Wait time was minimal. Nurse, Raymond and the PA were professional and thorough. Considering the circumstances, (Husband was diagnosed with Strep Throat.) the experience was very pleasant.
I had a great experience here on saturday. The wait wasn't to bad for an urgent care facility, the staff were all nice, friendly and helpful. The PA that was there was knowledgeable, very kind, caring and professional. I got seen, got diagnosed, got the meds called in that I needed asap and was feeling better the next day. Thank you all! Job well done :)
I love ALL the staff at this location. Whenever someone tells me they need to see a doctor, I tell them to go here. Never a long wait, everyone is super friendly!!!
Worst urgent care experience ever and will never return. If you go, plan on not receiving any medical care or diagnosis. I went in knowing what was wrong and what I normally have received at other places as far as treatment and they didn't give me anything! Did not even confirm what was wrong with me. Once my strep test was negative I was told to take over the counter decongestants and come back in 5 days if need be. Right, because I want to do that.
