Poor Service from the time I walked in. I wouldn't take a dog covered in its own filth there.
I needed to have a exam and some blood work done. The nurse was very unprofessional and rude. She got an attitude when she found out a exam needed to be done. I had to wait undressed in the room for an hour until the Dr came in. During the exam the nurse forgot something and left me in the room alone with the male Dr. I have never received such terrible uncompassionate care in my life. They are fast!!! Got all 3 of us right in and started working on us right away. Must better than going to the ER!
Have been there several times and have always had great service. Make an appointment online and you don’t have to wait long. But the most noteworthy is when we took my mom there last week who has Alzheimers. They were so patient and understanding with her. ER staff have no clue how to deal with someone with this illness, but they did great.
They were friendly fast and on point. Would go there again.

Went there today for a sore throat/nasal drainage. I had already been to Mebane urgent care earlier and was just told it was allergies. The doctor here said it was allergies too but caused so much draining in my throat, it had pus on it. He discussed my options in a very caring way and prescribed me an antibiotic. He also took the time to discuss what I could do about my allergies being so bad and what options I had with that too. I will definitely be coming here from now on! They missed my fracture in my foot. I had to go to the emergency room the next day to find this out. I called them the next day and was told they would call me back. They never did, that is why I ended up in the emergency room. Been there before and was told I had allergies. Went to my doctor ended up being an upper respiratory infection. Like I told them I thought it was. I have never had allergies.
