Dr. Duong and Dr. Fakkel are knowledgable and personable. Dr. Duong correctly diagnosed a kidney infection in our daughter. He took time to explain the situation in plain language while simultaneously conveying the urgency. He instructed us to take her to the ER immediately, and she was admitted the same day. We're grateful for his expertise and his professionalism. Everyone on the staff is warm, friendly, inviting and compassionate.

Went in with severe shoulder pain. All the Dr did was tell me to go to an orthopedic Dr. He did absolutely nothing for me. Walked out. And I better not get a bill in the mail because I will dispute it. Will never go back.
I went to this location on the 20th and they wouldn't do anything for me because I'm pregnant, the dr said I can't take anything which isn't true. I also wasn't tested for the flu. The next day I went to the er because I feel horrible and they diagnosed me with the flu and gave me prescriptions. VERY dissatisfied with primacare and will never go back.
They always do a great job been going there for years. I use the one on beltline and Coit, Dallas.
My son had tonsillitis. He got there before I did & they pulled all his information from the Richardson Prima Care & had him checked in before I got there. We were in and out in less than an hour and they called in his prescription so I was able to go right away to pick up. Staff & physician were very friendly and professional. Very close to RHS so very convenient for students with common urgent care needs.
Highly recommend this PrimaCare! Ty at the desk was awesome, Maryam was a super multi-tasker from vitals to X-rays, and Josiya was very caring and helpful! My wait was less than 15 minutes and they were understanding of my recent loss of insurance. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5, is the X-Ray they gave me to take to the next doctor, had only 1 of 3 views on it and it wasn't the one that showed my broken bones. Ty at the front was sweet & passionate! Mariam the nurse did a fantastic job with getting me fixed up! Lastly; PA ALEM was GREAT She knew exactly what she was doing and I could feel her concern! This place is awsome with great staff!
