I made an online appointment today for 1:30. I showed up at 1:10 with 1 person in front of me. I ended up waiting until 2:30 before i gave up and walked out. Who knows how long I would have waited. Good luck to whoever goes there. Bad thing was, I only went there for a simple cold to get a doctors note for work.
I got there at 7 and ended up leaving at 8 and was never seen and I’m still sick!
The wait time is ridiculous! This is the 2nd time I have been here. The first time I waited 3 hours with having an appointment. This time I come in with no appointment and have been waiting for over an hour.

This place is awful 2 hours just to be called back to a room.
We are new to the area and needed to have both of our kids examined... the experience from Check In, triage and exam exceeded my expectations! My son walked in nervous and was soon calm and excited to see the Dr. Danielle was extremely friendly, kind and caring to my babies😄😄😄 The personalized note to them gave them huge smiles😁😁😁Thanks to the entire team!
I was in and out within 45 minutes, way better than waiting 3 to 5 hours at the E.R.
