Today I was seen the NextCare Urgent Care by Kohl's and Cross Creek Mall. What a viable alternative to a visit to the ER. Although I had no appointment, the fact that I could complete a previsit form on line shortened the registration process. Although the computer system was down most of the day, the ladies at the front desk handled the frustrating situation pleasantly well.
