The 'doctors' here were more concerned with masking me than taking care of my health concerns. Would rate soooo negative if available. Showing NO SIGNS OR SYMPTOMS they insisted I wear a mask. I went in with a chronic UTI and kidney pain and they sent me home telling me that nothing was wrong with me. I had to ask the Dr. to send my urine for a culture cause it didn't appear with a test strip. she was extremely rude and only saw me for about 5 minutes. I told her that I just came in for her to say I was ok and to charge my insurance, and she said... it is what it is. Was not empathetic or even listened to my concerns. Worst service at an urgent care ever. Made an APPOINTMENT for my family for covid testing at 11:40. It is now 1 pm and no update as to when we will be seen. The receptionist was rude to my husband and told him just because you make an appointment doesn’t mean you will be seen at that time. That we should have anticipated to be seen 2 hours after our scheduled appointment time. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What was the point of making an appointment?
