Always great service! The most recent visit my son was complaining of ear pain. It was well past when the Peds office was open so we headed to NextCare at 7 PM. We were in and out quickly with a diagnosis and medicine.
The staff at this office are always wonderful each time I go in. They know my kids and speak to them as their own person (where as most staff at other doctors don’t say anything to my kids) My kids enjoy going to this place, as long as it’s for them, and know they’re going to be taken care of. Would definitely recommend this urgent care!
I have been to here a couple times before, but on Tue. as the snow was piling up, I developed an allergic reaction. I stopped at one urgent care who had already closed. When I got to Next Care, the sign said closing at 1. It was 12:55. However they took me in and gave me the care I needed and the peace of mind to be snowed in as I had the prescription I needed. Can't say enough about how impressed I was.
I highly recommend this Urgent Care for quick sports physicals. We have been using them for years. The staff is phenomenal, especially the lady who runs the office. It’s clean, convenient, safe.
This place is awesome! I have been driving from Garner to here for several weeks. Dealing with pneumonia first. Then the flu, now sinus infection. Hard to get in to see regular doctor with last minutes notice. You check in on line. By the time I get her I am immediately taken back to be seen by doctor. They are extremely thorough, and the wait time in the room is MINIMAL! Everyone is absolutely delightful!
