Reps rude as hell.. Ignored me standing at the counter bc the shifts were changing. New person claimed she has only been on the clock a few minutes so I should sit down and wait. Excuse me? Receptionists unequipped to file my insurance CORRECTLY (Tri-Care) & my wait time dramatically increased. Will never visit this office again. Rude ass employees.
Complete nightmare. The automatic check-in did not work. The lady then said that she was going to make everything work out. The waiting room was full. I was treated very rudely and could not even figure out how long to tell the taxi to wait. Even worse, some TV channel was blasting an interview about HB2, gays and transexuals as if that were going to calm someone down. Chaos. Stay away.
This is freaking ridiculous to be waiting over 2 hours for a physical... They are fully staffed and most of the personnel are just sitting around..whomever owns this business needs to revamp the whole staff! The employees obviously are just here for a pay check... I am beyond pissed off... I wouldn't recommend anyone visit this location ever as this will definitely be the last time I come here..makes no sense....
Everyone was so friendly and the care was quick!! We were traveling from out of state and needed care for our 15 month old who had an ear infection. Thank you!!
