RecommendedQuickly greeted, and quickly taken back with minimal wait time for the doctor. In and out in about 35 min. Very thorough with great bedside manor.
Facebook needs to update the name to WakeMed but wow!! Awesome service, quick, convenient and super friendly staff. I had been to a minute clinic twice this week being told what I had was viral and no antibiotics prescribed. Got worse as the week went on, finally had enough and came here. The PA listened as I told her everything I’ve been dealing with and sure enough, she agreed antibiotics are needed. Thank you for actually listening to your patient and not being afraid to prescribe me medicine!!
Since this is now WakeMed Urgent Care I can’t say enough great things about this place! Front desk staff is so friendly and so welcoming and the doctors and nurses are absolutely AMAZING! Very short wait times and the care is second to none! This will definitely be my go to place for urgent cares in the future!
Great place when needed. The on duty lady’s and doctor were amazing.
The staff and physician were friendly, pleasant and considerate of our time. Dr. Laney has an awesome bedside manner and listens to his patients. We will return without hesitation should the need arise.

I came from California. The receptionist the doctors and nurses were all very helpful and very pleasant. If I ever get sick when I'm in North Carolina again I will surely come to this office. The staff was excellent.
