They were great with me. Got me right in and were very professional.
horrible service! DO NOT recommend this place at all booked online they where not busy at all and I waited over an 115 minutes 40 minutes in exam room till I finally got up and told them I couldn't wait any more!
1. We had a check-in for 6:35(via Wahoo). Two walk-ins taken in before us even though we scheduled ahead of time. 2. Waited in the waiting room for over an hour before even seeing the doctor. 3. When we were leaving, the secretary told us we would not be receiving a sheet of paper with my child's diagnosis(that we have gotten every single time we've ever been to NextCare).
