Let me say how completely irate I am at the experience I just had here. I made my daughter an appointment to get an X-ray on a possible stress fracture she has been dealing with for over a month. I made it at this location specifically because they were not seeing covid patients. Our appointment was at 4:30 and after waiting an hour we watched 3 different people walk in with Covid symptoms wanting to get tested and all 3 were allowed to stay and get tested. At first I was a little upset, I came in and the girl at the desk told me to sign and have a seat, I did. A couple comes in after and she tends to them right away. And yes they were seen before me. That I don't think was fair at all. I never said anything. The doctor that saw me was great

I was ripped off by this place and their level of service was horrible. I sent a survey back with no follow up. They charged me $179.93 at time of appt after I argued I have HSA account. Then they billed my insurance the same amount. They double dip! I called for reimbursement and they said I only paid $75 and the EOB states $75. WRONG! I have my bank statement and my EOB in hand. Crooked people. And the service was horrible! Stay away from them!
the doctor was so very rude, he not only refused to treat me but he also called my doc and was rude to her!!! she sent me to er where i was treated with dignity and great care!
Excellent staff! The Dr. really listened to my concerns and gave me what I needed until my appointment with my PCP.
I will echo the previous reviewers here. All the staff were great. Our general practice docs could learn a thing or two from the way they run this office. Highly recommend this practice.
