Recommendedonly reason I'm saying yes is because the doctor addressed all my concerns about the rude girls working and helped me 100% and was very kind and apologetic about the employees. I came here to get a doctors note proving I was seen so I could return to work. the person I called sent me all over and for some reason wouldnt just see me right away and sent me to the thornton one because that's where I got covid testing done even tho this was a completely unrelated visit. girls that worked there were super rude and one of the girl... read more

We are open and seeing patients for any urgent reason. We know many patients are having trouble getting into their primary care providers. We are trying to help in whatever way we can. During this crisis we have adjusted our standard procedures to keep social distancing including drive up service here at Broomfield. This place should not be in Healthcare with the stitch job my son received today.
The 2 Latino girls at the front desk were both very rude and unprofessional. It's hard enough being sick and then having to deal with these 2. If I didn't feel as bad as I do... I would of walked out.
Got the job done but there was no frills and very little conversation. Could have been a bit more friendly with my sick 9 year old.
Today I paid a visit with back pain, I received quick and effective care from Paul Mack and the entire staff. I know how hard it is to work in the field, thank you for taking care of me.
I absolutely love this place!!! Anytime we have an emergency that does not require hospitalization we choose to come here. Staff is always positive, friendly and very knowledgeable. From strep to broken arm their service is always exeptional.
