Took my son here to look at his finger. They said it wasnt broken and sent us home. Got a call later that night saying there was a break and to come pick up xrays and a referral to a specialist. Even though I took him in, filled out the paperwork, and spoke that night with the doctor... the front desk refused to give me what they told me to come for and said he would have to go himself or call to have the referall faxed.
