First time I took my son, Jacob, there on Wednesday. Checked in online and when we got there got in right away and was seen by a doctor within minutes. Will definitely go back. Today, received a follow up call from a nurse there who wanted to see how Jacob was feeling. That has never happened with another urgent care, much less his PCP. ����

When I got there no one else was waiting. Called me up soon after signing in. Saw dr chatting with someone outside little rms they put u in to wait. Almost 30 min later. (could hear him chatting still) comes in, doesn't intro, said he had read my info.does his check up on me. Tells me I don't have infection have virus wth cough. Then pulls out pad from pocket wth"card" about pro biotics, video to watch, where to purchase for less cost. Wtf? Gives me speal about pro biotics n immune system. This place is a joke. The employess are rude and look like something the cat brought home. For having 3 people in front of me and still taking 2 hrs to get help.

Made a phone appointment, after checking in, got seen in triage then by the doctor didn't take very long to be seen, it took like an hour only, so glad since I was not feeling well
