Went in for a broken foot/toe. The two girls at the counter had very poor complacent attitudes and without even checking with the on duty professional they began to tell me "the thing is we are about to close..." at 345 in the afternoon. Very unprofessional.

The PA-C I seen tonight was the most compassionate physician I have ever met! The lady checking me in tonight was so very kind as well and very patient with me! Very very very highly recommend them if you aren’t feeling well!

Why do they have call ahead if they are going to take everyone in office first ? I have used it many times but my mother was real sick and I called at 1200 to make a appt got one for 530 and was told for her to be there at 515 she didn’t get seen till 635 . And didn’t get out till almost 730 I have always had good service but I know it’s flu season and that’s why she went she is 81 it’s not safe to take a chance on the flu for anyone .
