Good office Nice clean office to visit when you need an urgent care. Doctors are nice and friendly. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. They have given me a hard time about my insurance before even though I had all my information with me. Other than that though they have been great and provided good care.
Nextcare is there when we need them. My kids are always getting sick or hurt when the Pediatrician is closed. We use them quite often. The waiting room is close quarters so you could catch something else but you can limit your time in there by registering on line and then the wait time isn't so long. The Dr's are knowledgeable and good with the kids.
When you need to see a doctor quickly I stopped in at about 9am on a weekday without an appointment and had about a 20-25 minute wait which wasn't bad considering. When I left the office, almost every seat in the waiting room was filled, so early timing makes a difference. This is a relatively new office. Staff and doctors were efficient and courteous. Don't buy into their "appts" for antibody testing. a waiting room full of people and NOT seeing people on time. Ridiculous and dangerous. I'll NEVER go back to NEXTCARE. Obviously just another company trying to make a $

Took forever. Even had an appointment and they still took all the walk ins first. By the time we got back hours later the doctors ran in and out without listening. Will be taking any of our children to a different one next time.
It really helps a lot check in online so you really wait less. Dr and staff super friendly and took care of me. Thank you!

Friendly staff and we were able to get in and out pretty quickly!
