Don't buy into their "appts" for antibody testing. a waiting room full of people and NOT seeing people on time. Ridiculous and dangerous. I'll NEVER go back to NEXTCARE. Obviously just another company trying to make a $

Took forever. Even had an appointment and they still took all the walk ins first. By the time we got back hours later the doctors ran in and out without listening. Will be taking any of our children to a different one next time.

RecommendedThey got me in quickly and were professional. The PA who saw me was very knowledgeable and sent a prescription over to CVS next door who also did a great job.
They allow you to make an appointment… But don’t give you that appointment time. Walkins went before me even though I had an appt. There was only one Dr. working.
RecommendedI have been here probably a dozen times and have never had a bad experience. I use the on-line book an appointment feature and show up 15 early and get right in. The cost of going here is not that much more than my primary and quicker. Compare that to going to the ER on Thunderbird where it took me 4 hours of ‘waiting’ before I saw the doctor - yeah Urgent Care is the way to go. Thankful that we have this choice to make.
