I received good care but I was charged a copay that I did not need to pay and now I have to fight to get it back. The representative tried to convince me that I should not get a copay by giving bogus information to me while I had my BOE right in front of me.
The reason I didn't give them a one star was because I was able to make an appointment and didn't have to wait to long. But then I waited longer in the exam room. I really didn't mind waiting. What I didn't like was the doctor flew in, said what my problem was, gave a quit exam and left. Didn't ask me any questions. Ordered a couple of tests. One of an area of my body that wasn't my problem area. Gave me two prescriptions. One was definitely not needed. I have lost faith in his prognosis. Time will tell if the medicine helps... read more

My son & I walked in at around 7:40pm on October 6, 2022…. I have been waiting for 1hour and 45 minutes to see a PA.i am in pain and cannot breathe very well. As usual the receptionist is not helpful... There is nothing URGENT in urgent care Taos .. I will never come here again .this is what healthcare is in this country. One of the lowest quality in the world... Zero stars
Terrible experience. My son took the time to set a appointment and it didn't even matter. Nice ladies but horrible service. 1 doctor for 30 people. A waste of my time. We left and will never go back
We received awesome care in an incredibly short amount of time! The doctor was knowledgeable and provided immediate relief. All of the personnel were very nice and helpful. Just an overall great experience!
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should anyone go to this 'health unit' of nextcare. I was just told on the phone, SIX DAYS after being seen, that 'we're too busy with patients to get your test results.' This is a Mission act 'urgent care'. I will report them to the VAMC. There is NO CARE HERE
$300 covid test. No mention of that when you book the appointment. And understand NexCare has a very different definition of "appointment" than the rest of the world.
