I made an appointment and went to the Park Ave location for an Instant Covid test. 20 minutes after my appointment time I was told that I might not get the instant test and did I still want to see someone. I said yes waited another 45 minutes they administered my test that was not the instant test. Days later I did not have my results so I called (On Hold for another 40 min) and they said it could be 7 days before I get my results! One word describes my experience HORRIABLE! !

Very disappointed in Nextcare on Pima and Wilmot. Over the years been happy with their service but not so on Saturday, September 21, 2019. Checked in about 11:30 on Saturday to have them look at wound they had treated before and a new abrasion on my leg. Eric who has treated me before was not the same. Took one look and said go to your family doctor altho I said I could not get an appointment for 2 weeks. Ordered a cream to use and said they would send it to my pharmacy. \i used to be very fond of the staff over there, but it has steadily declined. staff had me there two hours just to tell me at the end, that it was inappropriate for me to be there that they could not treat my symptoms. Bet they don't find it inappropriate to bill my insurance and a hefty copay to me!

don't even take your dog to nexcare if you do not care about your life,then go to nexcare, my only and last experience with nexcare, happened when my regular physician had passed away unexpectedly,I came down with a very painful I.B.S. so I am sorry to say I ended up at nexcare on 6238 pima Tucson AZ, after waiting over three hours, I was seen by a nurse practitioner, who apparently was the only one on duty all morning, yes it's to bad she had to take the full workload, but when a person is in pain and or needs medical care,... read more

Bare bones care for urgent needs only, Nextcare is much improved in recent years. Much cleaner, crisper & clear in what they charge, right up front. Waits can still be a while and care is perfunctory, but at least you can get in to see a doctor. I or family members have used this clinic a dozen times over the years. They're definitely the place to go for a tetanus shot or to get on antibiotics without waiting til Monday - but most of our visits requre a Monday follow-up (and change of treatment plan).
