I made an appointment and went to the Park Ave location for an Instant Covid test. 20 minutes after my appointment time I was told that I might not get the instant test and did I still want to see someone. I said yes waited another 45 minutes they administered my test that was not the instant test. Days later I did not have my results so I called (On Hold for another 40 min) and they said it could be 7 days before I get my results! One word describes my experience HORRIABLE! !
Very disappointed in Nextcare on Pima and Wilmot. Over the years been happy with their service but not so on Saturday, September 21, 2019. Checked in about 11:30 on Saturday to have them look at wound they had treated before and a new abrasion on my leg. Eric who has treated me before was not the same. Took one look and said go to your family doctor altho I said I could not get an appointment for 2 weeks. Ordered a cream to use and said they would send it to my pharmacy.
