RecommendedI arrived Saturday at 8 a.m. as soon as they opened. I think that is key!!! I got in almost immediately. Courtney was very courteous and efficient and completed the initial screening quickly. I was then put in a room and after a very brief time, was seen by Dr. Manju Agrawal. She was thorough and efficient and prescribed some meds which she said would be called in to my pharmacy. From Diana making check in easy - especially when I had no voice, to Courtney checking vitals to the caring Evelyne Imah, FNP this PrimaCare ranks tops on my list. I should have come in sooner with my symptoms, but they helped me with an acute bacterial sinus infection. I hope to never have one again, but I know where I'll go to get help.
The Dr (Evelyn Imah FNP) that saw us was very friendly and warm! Definitely made the visit less stressful for us as first time parents dealing with an unfamiliar situation. We scheduled our appointment online for 3:30 and we arrived at 3:21, we were seen, prescription sent to our pharmacy and was heading home all by 4pm. Very quick and effective. Thank you everyone in the office.

The n use was great and even the assistant at the entrance was pleasant and kind. My nurse practitioner made sure I was ok and highly concern about me. Nurse Kim quickly gave me a recommendation to see a specialist. Thank you.
They got to me quickly but, I felt like the doctor didn't care. I went in with a very painful problem with my foot and she didnt act like she knew what to do. I doubt that ill be returning.
