Fast Service,friendly staff,precise diagnosis,I spend 5 days with nasal and chest congestion and in two days I feel much much better, thanks to the staff of IUC Denise,Rocio and Clay Istre PA Big Thanks :)
This is my favorite urgent care facility in the area! It is clean, spacious (i.e. Don't have crowd in with everyone else's germs ), and has a convenient online check in. With a large family and active boys, we have visited for stitches, sprains, broken bones, and weekend bouts of strep. Once, they even did an immediate triage and had me take my five yo with a more severe break on to the ER. Best thing is getting X-rays right there and being in and out so much faster.
I went in today March 23,2016 and got great assistance from start to finish......1st Denise was so courteous and did wat she had to do on figuring out my insurance plan. ...2nd Rocio showed a lot of Aloha to me being I'm from Oahu,Hawaii(plus i thought she was hot, just being honest) and 3rd, PA Istre was very concerned with my situation and explained wat needed to be said and sent me on my way........All in All, excellent staff.....I wud definitely recommend Impact Urgent Care!!!

Went in yesterday Dec 21st. Was told I have Laryngitis, got a steroid shot and was told to call if I got to coughing for a scrip. Well this morning I started coughing, hurts bad and burns my throat. So I called at 9:34 told them I need antibiotics. Got a call back at 10:34 and was told they would have the doc sign off and call in the medicine.
