I received good care but I was charged a copay that I did not need to pay and now I have to fight to get it back. The representative tried to convince me that I should not get a copay by giving bogus information to me while I had my BOE right in front of me.
i went in for a bp check because my dentist said it was high so i just wanted to see what my blood pressure was. (not from a dentist) they told me it was high that they could not help me please go somewhere else! and gave me a sheet of places to go. all with in 10minutes time. then they sent me a $300 dollar bill for doing know work. The PA was downright hostile and confrontational about testing me for Covid. I tested positive through ASU 11/21 and made an appointment here for the afternoon of 11/25. He repeatedly said I was wasting a test that could be used for someone else and told me that even if this one came back negative, I was to believe the previous positive test.
