Created a problem that should have never happen. Broke my hood release latch the one that open the hood inside the car. refused to fix it told me it was my fault when they had my car for 3 days. Then on top of telling me that it was my fault they wanted me to pay them to fix it after I just paid 150 dollars for a ignition switch. In my book that is bad business now I am stuck trying to get the problem fix. which cost me more money
