RUN, don't walk, from Next Stop! It's been a month since filing my damage claim, and in typical fashion, their staff HAS NOT RESPONDED. WARNING: Once this HORRIBLE company has your money, no matter how often you call, email, or chat digitally, they WILL NOT respond seriously to you because THEY DO NOT CARE. Packing, loading, and unloading were all done properly. My items were handled well and placed in the correct rooms. Movers stayed respectful and focused the entire time.
Courteous and skilled movers. They moved heavy and fragile furniture without issues and kept everything well-organized.
They brought wardrobe boxes for my clothes and saved me a ton of time. Small touch, but a big help!

We had a non-typical request to move pilates equipment from manufacturer to our pilates studio. Unfortunately the truck was not big enough, some space was taken up by a lot of boxes the crew would need for a more typical move. Next Stop Moving was willing to have a truck quickly bring the rest of the equipment with a 2nd round.
I had zero damage to my floors or walls. The movers clearly knew how to handle tight corners.
