Great job! I bought a curio cabinet at an antique store. They dont deliver, so I called you. Scheduling was easy, I had my choice of days, all within a 3-day window. The movers showed up on time and carefully moved the cabinet from the back of a crowded booth without disturbing anything. They wrapped it up, secured it in the truck, brought it into my house and put it exactly where I wanted it!

********** was wonderful to work with. I changed the date a few times and she was very accommodating each time. She said it was never a problem. The moving team was also excellent. They were very easy going but also very careful with our furniture and the house. I highly recommend them. Overall, everyone was great to work with for our move.

Only gave one star because I had to. I was lied to every step of the way. They did not come for pickup when they said. The price went up over 200%, said they had a ruler in the truck to verify your cubic feet which is what the price is mainly based off of, but not in all the trucks like the one used for mine. Delivery was more than 5 days after when I first told, several days after when I was told the second time. Will never use this business again. This is the second time I have used *******, and like last time, was extremely pleased with the level of service and fair pricing. Both the office and moving teams are professional and personable, which I place a lot of value in...especially these days when receiving great customer service can be so rare. ******************** worked efficiently while taking great care with our items. Why can't I do zero stars?I am still waiting for compensation for damage to our home and missing items. Everytime I request updates, I'm asked for more information rather than results. Today I was asked for the weight of my damaged items. Please note that this includes a grill, couch, and bookshelves. This company has insulted my family home and furniture by stating that the damage done to our home and items isn't an issue because "the house is old." Our family home is from 1845. Next Stop Moving & Storage guys were beyond professional. They moved as a team. They were able to secure all furniture and deliver everything in perfect condition. They delivered every single item in the correct rooms with no problems . I would 100% use them again for any moving. 5stars they did an amazing job.

This was my first time using a professional moving company and I was impressed with the whole experience!! From start to finish, they were efficient, courteous, and handled all of my items with great care and consideration. They communicated well with me every step of the way and organized everything in my storage unit so nicely!
