We had a small number of items to move. The house has recently sold and closing is next Monday - needed to clear it out. Next Stop Moving & Storage came through like Rock Stars!. Typed in an online request on a Sunday, the office called on Monday and we moved the stuff on Tuesday = AWESOME! Please personally thank the three guys who did the move. Great guys.

We recently used ******** on our move from ********* to *************. We could not have been happier. I "interviewed" three companies and not only was ******* the most reasonable, they also were able to guarantee our deliver dates. The packers showed up on time and ready to work - the movers came the next day with the same great attitude. Everyone made the process easy and, dare i say it, fun! We had one piece of furniture which was damaged during the move and it was fixed within weeks. I highly recommend them!

Our greatest concern with using Next Stop Moving & Storage was the lack of communication and follow-up during the move process. I had to make multiple phone calls to get updates and information on our move. Let be clear that the issue was not with the office staff or the actual men moving our belongings, but with the operations personnel. Overall satisfaction, 5 out of 10.

This is way overdue but I still wanted to pass on some feedback on our move from ******** to the ********* area the end of September 2014. Everything went as planed on both the two loading efforts as well as delivery. The crew were very friendly as well as careful and professional. Despite all the heavy items, we are not aware of any damaged items. Nothing was missing either. In summary we could not be more pleased the way things went. We recently moved locally in *************************************** was fantastic! The initial estimate was reasonable, with a guaranteed "max rate" no matter what. The moving crew arrived on time, and worked non-stop loading and unloading all day. Nothing was broken or misplaced. We give Next Stop the highest recommendation!!!

We recently moved from *** to ***********.. I must say the Next Stop Moving made it very easy for us.. From the walk through and follow up walk through (which really helped), packing, loading and unloading was all very professionally done. We had a couple small issues, lost key and broken glass and he handled with class and was very professional with this process. Overall, we are VERY happy Next Stop customers. We selected *****, not because they were the cheapest; but, because the owner was courteous, thoroughly professional and respectful of our time in the estimation process. The move crew was one of the most professional we have had the privilege to enjoy - and this was (is) our 6th move. Just as he was, the move crew was courteous, and respectful of both our property, our belongings and of our time.
