Only gave one star because I had to. I was lied to every step of the way. They did not come for pickup when they said. The price went up over 200%, said they had a ruler in the truck to verify your cubic feet which is what the price is mainly based off of, but not in all the trucks like the one used for mine. This is the second time I have used *******, and like last time, was extremely pleased with the level of service and fair pricing. Both the office and moving teams are professional and personable, which I place a lot of value in...especially these days when receiving great customer service can be so rare. ******************** worked efficiently while taking great care with our items. Why can't I do zero stars?I am still waiting for compensation for damage to our home and missing items. Everytime I request updates, I'm asked for more information rather than results. Today I was asked for the weight of my damaged items. Please note that this includes a grill, couch, and bookshelves. This company has insulted my family home and furniture by stating that the damage done to our home and items isn't an issue because "the house is old." Our family home is from 1845. Next Stop Moving & Storage guys were beyond professional. They moved as a team. They were able to secure all furniture and deliver everything in perfect condition. They delivered every single item in the correct rooms with no problems . I would 100% use them again for any moving. 5stars they did an amazing job.

This was my first time using a professional moving company and I was impressed with the whole experience!! From start to finish, they were efficient, courteous, and handled all of my items with great care and consideration. They communicated well with me every step of the way and organized everything in my storage unit so nicely!

We had a small number of items to move. The house has recently sold and closing is next Monday - needed to clear it out. Next Stop Moving & Storage came through like Rock Stars!. Typed in an online request on a Sunday, the office called on Monday and we moved the stuff on Tuesday = AWESOME! Please personally thank the three guys who did the move. Great guys.

We recently used ******** on our move from ********* to *************. We could not have been happier. I "interviewed" three companies and not only was ******* the most reasonable, they also were able to guarantee our deliver dates. The packers showed up on time and ready to work - the movers came the next day with the same great attitude. Everyone made the process easy and, dare i say it, fun! We had one piece of furniture which was damaged during the move and it was fixed within weeks. I highly recommend them!
