I don't know where I would be in life if it wasn't for the wonderful staff at Next Step! Caring, compassionate and always professional. I cant thank you all enough for helping me. Bless you all.
If i could give zero stars I would. This facility is not capable of taking care of a corpse far less a live human being. Staff is condescending with no sense of urgency. The so called therapists are unprofessional and unqualified to treat a stuffed animal. Stay clear of this place, My hope is this place gets shut down and anyone who hold a medical license should be investigated.
