Well,to b honest, the one star was for the timely response.finding an interest in the 2013 focus,i messaged if it was still available,& if they were firm on the price. The salesman that contacted me,(name omitted) said the price was basically "fair", according to them,wich i dont question, but that the car was sold,& of course they have others i might find of interest.regardless, weeks later,said car is still online, still for sale.hmm, well,i'm sure there are lots of dealers that will work on prices, needless to say,i wont ... read more

Only problem was that I didn't understand that the "Sport" doesn't have the third row of seats. We need the third row of seats. Otherwise, Next Step Auto Sales was great.
