This dealer is terrible had to contact them numerous times just to hear back finally they got back to me and claimed I had a repo on my last car which wasn’t the case my last car was paid and full sent them over my paper work and still never responded these people don’t know what they are doing over here . !!!

RecommendedMy husband was interested in purchasing a vehicle but we live in Youngtown....so he called the dealership and Matt took excellent care of him! Everything was pretty much done over the phone and when we went to check the vehicle, it was just as described...we had no surprises when we arrived! Matt and Mike were both very helpful in making this a smooth process...I highly recommend this place! Excellent costumer service!
