Love love love this super-friendly studio. Been here three times in the last two weeks and every time the owner greets me by name. I've done Zumba, Cardio Hip Hop & Dance Cardio and all were tons of fun and I worked up a heck of sweat! I'd be here 5 times a week if I could!
Next Phase offers a variety of classes with instructors who know what they're doing. Always a challenging work out and classes are small enough that you get personal attention. Everyone, including and especially Andy the owner, is super friendly and encouraging. I absolutely LOVE Next Phase.
I love TRX with Andy. His moves give you a great triceps and back workout. Also, the single leg deadlifts and squats work your booty and thighs. Im looking much better from behind shoulders to calves.
There haven't been many places that I have loved as much as next phase. Extremely welcoming environment and amazing workout every time! First class is free so there is nothing to lose- only everything to gain!
NextPhase has an excellent group of knowledgeable and inspirational group exercise instructors. You can find any kind of workout you are looking for and be assured of the best instruction as well as a great time!
If you are looking to try something new and exceptionally affordable as well as FUN, check out Next Phase Group Ex Studio. I have never been one for classes, but I will be heading here to fill in my regular weight training and workouts with my personal trainer. Andy is high energy and challenged me and all members of the class with each exercise in the abs and butt class. I couldn't wait to see what we were going to try next!
