I've only been four times, and each time, I've had an amazing, positive, supportive, injury-accommodating instructor who seems truly happy to be there. Special shoutouts to Kat, Libby and Liz...being that I came from Gold's Gym in Rockville, where I was assaulted and then ignored despite a police report, it's wonderful to come to a place that supports and empowers!
I love this place. They are super friendly, have plenty of classes to choose from and NO CONTRACT! The Locker and restroom area is always super clean and neat and packed with anything you might need for those last minute emergencies (deodorant, feminine products, etc.). I did the first class free. Then got an unlimited access package for a week and tried 4 classes and loved them all. Instructors always offered different options so people from all fitness levels can enjoy the workout.
