NextPhase makes you work, but treats you like gold - it's basically a big, happy, sweaty family! Highly recommend.

Joined Next Phase and absolutely LOVE it. Love the trainers and it has such a great community feel with everyone in the classes. So happy I joined! You can see changes in your body quickly! Highly recommend :)
Fabulous studio - Andy totally personalizes it and gets to know everyone that he works with. Incredibly motivated crowd with lots of class options. Not your "typical" gym. Tons of motivation and teamwork. I can't wait to keep coming back :)
