I was in the market for a particular model vehicle and just so happened to stop by and take a look while I was in town. Pleasant staff. Great used car dealer. They didn’t match the gas level of the vehicle I bought with the vehicle I traded in but otherwise stellar experience. I would definitely purchase again and recommend to my friends and family in the area but only with a mechanic onsite as these are “as is” purchases
1 Star - Nightmare Warranty Experience and Unacceptable Options I'm writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Next Owner Automotive and the handling of my Jeep Wrangler's warranty. I purchased my Wrangler from them, and after a recent transmission issue arose, I was informed my warranty had been wrongfully canceled because the dealer had not included the proper surcharge for the lift kit.
