Joel and Next Level Outdoor Concepts is amazing to work with. He always communicates any issues or changes with my pool. He always gives an extremely fair price for repairs and new projects. He recently replaced a damaged part in my filter and replaced all the mastic/caulk around my pool and it looks great. Highly recommend this company due to their professionalism, qualify of work, and reasonable pricing!
Can't imagine letting this guy on my property. Swerved into oncoming traffic next to a school, going 50mph+ in a 30 in the middle of an intersection to aggressively pass me. He almost hit the median where the crosswalk is in his work truck. Very aggressive and short tempered, endangering both oncoming traffic and myself with my 18 month old baby in the car. All to get to the next stop light 10 seconds quicker. Crazy!
Joel takes pride in his work and my pool is always looking great. He is very reliable and lets me know what he has done each time he comes to service my pool.
Joel does a great job keeping my pool in check. I would recommend Next Level.
