Horrible and embarrassing experience., One star is too much! Each conversation that I had with this lady the very first thing she would say is don’t forget your $200 deposit. Before my event was over, she kept walking in and telling me in front of guest to make sure we wrapped things up, 20 minutes before my event ended. Horrible attitude definitely not a people person. Celebrating 50 years of life is a blessing because we never know if we will see another 50 years. I cancelled with one venue because my vision for my husband's 50th birthday needed something more. I'm so glad that I reached out to Shanneca and booked this venue. The space and time that we needed was perfect, the price was worth it, and Shanneca answered ALL of my questions (and I had a lot) before I booked. My experience with this venue and owner has been nothing short of excellent & professional. From Day 1 the owner made she communicated with us, even going through a personal family emergency she didn't let her business slip. I have a lot of events coming up and can't think of anyone I would rather host them. Next Level Event Center is a 1 stop shop. I definitely look forward to all my events and will be referring family, friends and business colleagues to her.
I recently attended a graduation party for my goddaughters at Next Level Giants Event Center, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The facility was not clean — the restroom had a dead cockroach on the floor, and both the curtains and flooring appeared to be poorly maintained. The prep room sink was also in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. During our event, a very loud church service was taking place simultaneously, making it difficult to enjoy the celebration.
