I have an event coming up soon and everytime I have communicated with them it has been pleasant. She gave me a walk through and provided options on how they could decorate the venue for our event. The pricing and everything she offered with the packages was better than what I found locally and I looked in Lancaster, Desoto and South Dallas. Her place is near my home which is very convenient.
Horrible and embarrassing experience., One star is too much! Each conversation that I had with this lady the very first thing she would say is don’t forget your $200 deposit. Before my event was over, she kept walking in and telling me in front of guest to make sure we wrapped things up, 20 minutes before my event ended. Horrible attitude definitely not a people person. Celebrating 50 years of life is a blessing because we never know if we will see another 50 years. I cancelled with one venue because my vision for my husband's 50th birthday needed something more. I'm so glad that I reached out to Shanneca and booked this venue.
