Absolutely fabulous. Nice guy, professional, quick responses and communication, and very reasonable price. Had a squirrel stuck in a room and he got it out quickly, safely, and humanely. The squirrel is back it its tree and I am very relieved. Excellent same-day service! I'll keep his number. Highly recommend!
I have not used them for service ! Rating 3 starts bc.... they ask you to text them and they respond via text. Has to be gen Z . Businesses should still pick up their phones and speak to customers. For that I will not be using their service. Not saying they dont get business. But i can bet they have lost some business bc of this ridiculousness. Edit to response....first I use voice to text.
