Let’s face it. No one really wants to get a new roof. It’s something you can’t even see but know you need. We had been putting it off for years while our neighbors all replaced theirs. We finally got around to getting an estimate and Travis came by the same day. He took pics and explained the nuts and bolts of roofs. Turner and his crew did a fantastic job. They came highly recommended, and I’m more than happy to pass the recommendation along. Their workmanship and materials are second to none, and their pricing is very competitive. In addition, the true mark of a great company is follow up when there’s a problem. We recently lost one of our tile shingles during a storm and Turner was out promptly to replace it. Thanks again!
They have a great team! They showed up even a little earlier, as to go over all, then began, worked all day until finished. Then did all the cleaning, then did a walk around with me, to make sure I was happy, I sure am! Very impressed, great work! Jacob even kept in touch to make sure I was happy with tiles and job, as I told him, I love my new roof, shingles!! Great service, great team work!!
Next Gen followed up on a small issue with a barrel tile falling off after a particularly strong dust devil blew through. My tiles are old so they swapped out a non-visible tile for one of the proper old ones. Saturday am fix I wasn’t even home. Used text contact only job scheduling and it was perfect work. Follow up after the sale, or in this case even before the sale by Next Gen was excellent. Please consider Next Gen for your new roof, you won’t be disappointed.
