We currently live in a Next Chapter Property. It is a nice apartment but it’s toward the end of our lease and they are showing our apartment and only giving us 1 hour notice. Random people are showing up to see our place. We do NOT recommend staying here. I can’t wait to see what fees they throw our way... 🙄🙄
RecommendedGreat company, all of the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are good at completing maintenance requests in a timely manner and the apartment complex is always clean. Would recommend living at one of their complexes.
DO NOT RENT HERE!! THEY SCAM ALL OF THEIR RENTERS IN KEEPING THEIR SECURITY DEPOSITS CLAIMING “DAMAGES” FOR VACUMMING!!!
If you’re a hardworking student who’s trying to have a stress free year with a nice place to live then DO NOT stay at any of these properties. I’m a current resident at one of their apartments and it’s decent at best but the structures of the buildings are poorly built. The management for this company are inhumane and only care about your money. I stayed at 507 it was awesome! Great for students!
NCP has made for an outstanding student living experience! The staff is friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful living environment. I recommend leasing with Next Chapter at any of their properties around campus. Personally, 507 second has been the perfect place to live with all the amenities as well as the great location.
