I lived in 217 S for a year and I wish I had great things to say about the play but this is definitely the most poorly run apartment complex I have ever lived in. The unit was updated and had many of the fixtures I was looking for but the management was terrible. I had to sign no less than 5 versions of the lease agreement when I initially moved in because of a ridiculous amount of errors. Each lease had about 15 pages and I had to go through and initial each page, needless to say it was just annoying but should have clued m... read more

Fantastic company! The staff is always there to help and they really care about their residents.
They refuse take responsibility for their mistakes. Pretty buildings, but a lot of issues come with them. Simply put, I do not recommend.
I had a terrible experience with subleasing where they dropped the ball and the agreement fell through because of it. Then to add insult to injury they refused to take any responsibility for it or mitigate the damages.
