READ THIS: what everyone says is true. The customer service is rude. PLUS they stole my credit card information. They knew I was going on a cruise for a week. When I got back a week later I turned my phone back on, checked my bank statement and found over $2,000 in charges. BE CAREFUL! The online experience is easy but, be careful because of cheap online prices. I booked through PRICELINE and although the prices look good the service is terrible. Side note: the location was sketchy and it says they will have your car at the air port and they didn't so we had to wait for a shuttle to take us to a sketchy location. Getting the car wasn't a problem, they are friendly such as Miguel (I believe his name was) and gave some good suggestions for places to go in Miami. HOWEVER IF YOU ARE RETURNING THE C... read more

I had a horrible experience with One Switch they are authorized dealer of Nextcar! I booked through Orbitz which was a bad idea to start with then when it said it was at the MIA airport I was shuttled to some dark off-airport alley location, the guy there at One Switch in Miami tried to hustle me for another $1000 deposit + $10.99 per day for a Sun Pass and he charged me another $65 for having my own insurance that covered rentals. We then had to get another shuttle back tot he airport at 9:30pm. This was an awful experience... read more
If I could give zero stars I would this place is a scam and they charge you all this extra stuff. Do not ever come here. The place is so sketchy. When they finally gave us the car it halfway worked. Remote did not work, radio was broken, AC barely worked. Save your money and time. They should be closed down.
