I used to live in a rental managed by Seemant/nextbrick for about 2 years as a tenant, moved out when we bought a home. Earlier this year had to move again for a job relocation, and honestly I couldn’t think of anyone else to work with. They are easy to work with, fair and straight up on pricing. Made it simple for me as a renter back then, and now as a rental property owner too.
NextBrick is sincerely the best property management/landlord I’ve ever had. I’m sure we have all shared the frustration of finding one that is even slightly decent. I was only in one of their properties for a year but was always impressed with their professionalism and especially their communication.
One of good property management company I have spoken with. I was able to make the appointment to see the property with one email. I like that they shared the virtual tour before we visited the property.
I have been Next Brick client since 2021, As an Owner I cannot be more happy with they services. Seemant and his team really took care of the our tenants and tenants took care of our property. All maintenance was done prompt. Now we are selling our house, my realtor was extremely happy with the transition and next brick assistance to get few things done.
