Very communicative property manager. Took care of the few repairs I needed very quickly. Worked around my work schedule for repairs and needed inspections. Move out process was very easy and completed online. I may update this review depending on timing of returning my despoit.
Within the first week of renting via next brick our basement plumbing flooded and they told us we no longer could request maintenance help as we’d used our allocation of services. This is the best example of how next brick will nickel and dime you. I put a new fence on the property, updated the electrical with my own money as the kitchen was out of code, landscaped and painted the house, as it clearly had years of abuse prior to us moving in.
