I spent 3 wonderful years with this property management company as a tenant. They were always very responsive and would highly recommend their team. I want to highlight Wei who is always customer focused and paid attention to every detail to enhance our living experience.
We have been tenants with Next Brick since August of this year (2023). During that time I have found Next Brick to be extremely responsive. Every maintenance “meld” (repair) I’ve requested has been resolved quickly and effectively. Staff is communicative, professional and prompt. Coming from renting from a private landlord where it took upwards of six months to get basic repairs/replacements, Next Brick is a breath of fresh air!
