Nexgen did a couple jobs for me recently. At one, Jose, Jaime and Leo did great work resolving a backed up drain. For the other job Juan came out and diagnosed our problem and had a team of guys come out with him to complete the job. They were all very professional and worked their butts off completing the work
NexGen was called due to a sewer backup. A crew was dispatched within a few hours on a weekend, did a temporary fix and diagnosed the problem. Within a couple of days PG&E was spraying the utility lines and shortly after that the permits were obtained by NexGen and the laterals were replaced and the job done. Thanks Nexgen Rooter and Juan for a job well done! I’m a first time home buyer and Nexgen helped and guided me throughout the whole process of fixing, replacing my sewer lateral. They took care of all the permits and certification from the city. They cleaned the site after service and left it spotless! They charge fairly. I definitely recommend them to everyone!
Contacted 5 plumbing contractors due to a waterline leak. Juan with Nexgen was the only contractor to actually come to the property and thoroughly assess the problem. In the blazing hot sun, he and his crew dug out several locations to ascertain where the water leak was originating. He provided 2 possible scenarios, costs, and timelines for completion. Very professional! We got our house re-piped with this company. Juan was prompt, very responsive, and on time. We got a competitive quote and decided to go ahead. Juan proactively provided an additional port for the refrigerator for no additional cost. The team protected our house during the job and cleaned-up before leaving.
