Brought my truck in for repairs. They were very thorough when troubleshooting to find the problem. They communicated very well with me every step of the way during the repair process. Absolute awesome shop to have work done by and great people who work there. 100% recommend this shop for any and all work you may need done.
Bought a 2017 Ram 2500. Had a few miles and a few small dents. We were able to get the price we wanted and they even changed the steering wheel and seat covers. After a few weeks there was a problem with the heater which was taken care of by Nick. So far I love my truck as a daily or towing 9000lb bumper pull. At this point I would recommend Nexgen to anyone!
Really wish I had a different experience with this shop especially after being referred here by friends. Brought my truck in to have the turbo actuator replaced, two days after the work was done by their shop the “new” actuator they put in went bad. Come to find out it wasn’t OEM. After it went bad I then had to wait 3 weeks where I was constantly following up and checking with them waiting for the new part to show up instead of them reaching out to me.
