I wanted to give zero stars if i could. Customer service is the worst possible, they treated me and my wife like shit. DO NOT GO THERE, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO THERE. I know i wont.
Do not come here if you want fast care. There were only 3 people ahead of me and I waited over 2 hours for treatment. I checked in at 12:30 pm and waited until 2:20pm only to see a nurse practitioner (did not get to see a real doctor) and she said “hmmm idk”. They also ask you the same questions you fill out on your pre-check form when you get your vitals checked, so they clearly do not read that and just want to waste your time. 0/10.
Had a wonderful experience. Doctor was knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. Looked at the problem, identified it and gave me multiple solutions along with giving me time and prompting to ask any and all questions. Making an appointment for next day was easy and check in was painless.
