Good food. The service was fast too, but no pressure. The Bar/grill atmosphere is nice and allows you to relax but the service is still prompt. All around pretty good. Just like the other Newts but in a new location and building

Was recommended to newts from a gentleman at the mayo clinic. Nice 6 block walk, and AMAZING BURGER (fatty and juicy lucy) AND APPETIZERS! I will definitely drive 4 hrs again even if it's for a quick burger!
Ok, a burger & fries joint that prides itself on this signature item is diminished in my eyes when I get served a basket with a wimpy little condiment cup containing ketchup. At the table there was a squeeze bottle for mustard, but nope...the ketchup comes in what amounts to an oversized thimble. What can I say, I like ketchup and when a restaurant portions it out like this it becomes a deal breaker when contemplating a return experience. Sorry!

While the food is always absolutely wonderful and the service great, we've never had such a bad experience as we did tonight (01/16/2015). As a party of 9, we knew there'd be a wait when we saw how full the parking lot was. However, we were basically pushed aside and forgotten about. Numerous groups were seated before us, some at tables larger than their groups that would have worked for our group. We were never apologized too for the 1-hour wait and nothing was ever done.
