They have great burgers nachos fish tacos they have yummy food and they have two locations one by Walmart north

We ended up going to the new newts in crossroads today 12/27/16 for lunch. Bellied up to the bar. Sat there for about twenty minutes and not once were we greeted by the wait staff or told that we would be receiving service. 4 more customers came in after us and were immediately served. We finished our popcorn and walked out and took our business to cowboy jacks. We were immediately served. We will be taking our business away from newts in the future. Very disappointing.

We absolutely loved everything especially the Zippy Potato Poppers! Excellent waitress too! Wish we had Newts down South!
This our second time at Newts downtown Rochester. The first time, everything was excellent and OMG the cheese curds! Last night the curds did not dissapoint. It was probably worth the bill right there. But here's the rub. Newts cooks thier burgers to order. I ordered mine medium, it came somehere between rare and medium rare. After 30 years in the restaurant business as a chef and manager (most of that time holding a serve-safe certificate, I just plain know better than to eat raw ground beef.
