They do have a great selection and the people in the office are helpful. When you walk out in the yard, it’s a whole different world. Sometimes I think it’s because they’re shorthanded, but sometimes their people just don’t care. I am a landscaper I do it professionally. The other issue I have is when you call nobody answers the phone so the only way you’re gonna get any responses if you have somebody cell number and you can text or call them. Great selection of beautiful plants rude older thin white front desk lady. We had an urgent situation to grab some bushes. I was not aware how the wholesale process worked. I was going to have our gardeners come here and fill out the necessary forms to pick up the plants. She seemed really bothered throughout the whole conversation and when I asked if there’s a particular area where I could find the plants I’m looking for she said very annoyed “I don’t have time to be walking around with you” I said I didn’t ask you to walk ... read more
