Less than professional medical records dept. Received nothing but attitude when I called to request a copy of my medical records to another facility now that my husband and I are living in CA. Was told they were "out of date" and could hardly get a word in to explain. LOL will NOT recommend this place to any family or friends still living in IA even though I myself had most of my pediatric care growing up in this facility.
RecommendedI have gotten only top notch care in this clinic since I was a small child. It hasn't changed in that way. I have a doctor that I trust and who really cares about my health in all ways. I can't imagine not going here for my care. I do give special thanks to Dr. Solberg for many reasons, the main one for saving my life by her medical care, advice, and for being a caring person. Thank you to all staff who make this clinic a safe and caring place to seek medical attention.
I have not needed Newton Clinic PC for urgent care. Regular call-in appoints are seldom more than a few days out, many times the next day. I was there a few weeks ago, the reception and waiting areas were well kept. Wait seating was oriented for quick movement towards the examining rooms.
I will never go back to this walk in clinic who ever ran the front desk was extremely rude. Worst experience at a walk in.
Cope is the most patronizing, disrespectful, and creepiest doctor I’ve ever had. Completely unprofessional and shocking behavior from a “health care provider.” He laughed at me and made patronizing and sarcastic comments the entire visit until I walked out in tears. Truly a horrible person and doctor.

My wife and I had to go to the ER one time each and we got a bill like you do, but we keep getting ER bills that are not properly noted. The bills both say we were treated uninsured, that’s false. I called the financial office and left a message like the instructions say to do and they don’t even have the common courtesy to call back. Would not recommend this clinic for any services.
Having to wait over an hour with a 7mo old just to be seen for a checkup. Ridiculous!!!!!’
